Is LDPIII the Right Path for Me?

If you are willing to learn, grow and develop, and to create a future abundant with opportunity, this program is for you.

Perhaps you feel trapped in your life, debilitated by impossibilities you see around you.  LDPIII is designed to free you from the constraints of your present thought patterns and to propel you forward into positive change in all areas of your life.

The key to LDPIII lies in the power of distinguishing between facts and interpretations.  The ability to do this brings incredible results and, best of all, continues to work far beyond the boundaries of the training itself.

Nonlinear leadership is a different concept to linear leadership. Read more

Can LDP Help Me?

LDP is the ideal way forward for you if you are in a similar position to any of these scenarios:

A working woman in pursuit of breakthrough results on both a personal and professional level

A business owner or manager wishing to learn creative ways to develop business plans, but also the tools with which to accomplish them

Someone dreaming of a positive future Palestine but unsure how to achieve your vision

An active leader in your community desiring new methods of influence

An initiator unsure how to implement your ideas on the ground

Program Overview

Activities will be implemented over a six-month period (October 2010 – April 2011) and will largely consist of the main training modules from LDPII, but featuring a modified structure and increased intensity.

LDPIII will consist of three main linked but independent components:

1. Nonlinear Leadership Retreat 1    (7 days: 22- 28 October 2010 )

2. Nonlinear Leadership Retreat 2   (6 days 8-13 April 2011)

3. Monthly Coaching Support between Retreat 1 and Retreat 2   (November 2010- March 2011)

Participants may choose to attend either Retreat 1 only, or both Retreats, but must complete Retreat 1 before they can take part in either the Coaching Support or Retreat 2.

The Coaching Support is not compulsory, but is designed to significantly deepen understanding and to support the accomplishment of non-linear results between and beyond the two retreats. The support will be provided by a mixture of International and local Palestinian coaches.  How frequently participants meet with each other and with their coaches will be determined during Retreat 1.

Program Activities

October 2010 : First Retreat for Leaders

This week-long retreat will be led by key trainer Mr. Miki Wallezcek.  The aim is to provide community, political and economic leaders with the ability to practice Nonlinear Leadership methods in their spheres of influence.  The retreat will focus on questions such as:

Is my life a linear expansion of the past?

To which degree does my past determine my present and my future?

Can I have a future that is informed by, and honors, the past, but is independent from it?

What is the power of language?

Training methods in Retreat 1 will involve self-examination.  There are no direct answers for participants; instead, they are engaged in exploring themselves and discovering their own solutions.

November 2010 – March 2011: Monthly Coaching and Breakthrough Projects

After attending the first retreat (obligatory), participants will be asked to work on community projects to translate what they have learned into practical actions according to the need of their communities or organizations.  Coaching will be provided on a monthly basis to supervise, direct and consult participants and assist them in overcoming obstacles they might face during implementation.

April 2011: Second Retreat for Leaders

This training will be also conducted by Mr. Miki Wallezcek. The aim will be to deepen the understanding of Retreat 1 material, in addition to introducing participants to dealing effectively with breakdowns.

During Retreat 2, participants will evaluate their learning experience through the different modules and will set a plan for the future to follow up their action and meetings beyond the scope of this project.
