Turning a new leaf

Most of the decisions we make in the present for the future are motivated by our past experience. What we think is possible or not is based on what has worked or not worked or the assumptions we have. When talking about peace and justice in the land, most say it will not happen or will take many generations. All these aspects do not allow for engagement; why engage in that which is impossible?

Holy Land Trust believes that collective transformation starts with individuals transforming themselves to engage in making the impossible possible. In a sense to imagine and manifest and vision for the future that is not limited by past fears and experiences of violence but by a future vision that honors and learns from the past (so that we don’t repeat the same mistakes) but is independent of the past’s influence. Justice and reconciliation work are intrinsically centered on individual responsibility and empowerment.

Holy Land Trust looks at what obstacles, whether real or just appearing real, are in the way for full actualization of peace and justice. And while we focus on the emotional entanglements that stunt individuals personal growth, we also provide networks that offer tangible support to nurture their development.

The nonlinear thinking methodology (developed by Miki Walleczek from Austria, a leading global thinker in consciousness work and the achievement of breakthrough results for individuals, organizations, and communities) is the methodology we use for personal transformation. It paves the way for individuals to deeply understand how the past influences and shapes us and through this awareness chose a different path.
